The Fifth Element Online Movie Trailer
Luc Besson is considered to be the most popular French director and producer. He is known to have a great talent for shooting spectacular action scenes, but critics criticize him not to attach too much importance to the story itself and the course of the action, but it all comes down to action scenes and special effects. It is precisely because of this that some movie films are placed among the film's icons, while other films are considered to be products that are better looking if the brain is completely shut off. The project that made it popular is the brilliant sci-fi blockbuster "Fifth Element" which is one of the most expensive French films ever recorded.
The action of the film is located in the 23rd century when planet Earth is threatened by destruction. The only hope for humanity is the so-called. The fifth element, which comes to earth every five thousand years to protect people with four rocks that contain chetyle elements: fire, water, earth and air. A fly burner that returns the heaviest stone to Earth is destroyed by the evil Mangalore, and a team of scientists using DNA creates a perfect creature named Lilu. She flees from the lab and finds herself on the taxi driver Korben Daglas, a former member of the elite unit who helps her escape from the police. Korben learns about the mission entrusted to her by Vito Cornelius, and decides to help her recover the stones from Mangalore and the fall of Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorga.
The project just before the premiere itself simply appealed to cinema audiences for the fact that it was then the most expensive French film, that the fingers were involved by professionals from Hollywood production such as Columbia Pictures, and that the title role was brought by the superstar Bruce Willis (Bruce Willis) after the screenings of the audience remained divided. While one thought this was a new cult sci-fi movie, others thought that this was just a commercial series of clips of cliché scenes from earlier films. Besson admitted that the first idea for this film was at the age of 16 when he was on holiday and criticism notices that the film looks exactly like a film by rich puberty, whereas real movie artists can not get even the percentage of money invested in this project.
The script is quite simple and can be reduced to the many times seen action, the superhero saves the world and takes the partner to bed. There are no deeper dialogues around him, or anything that leads to at least a part of the artistic film, but some relatively irrelevant parts and figures, such as the character of the radio leader, are inserted. On the other hand, the film has many bright spots, among which the originality of individual characters and place of action, excellent camera and photography, as well as top-dressed, futuristic costumes stand out. Definitive highlights are special effects and superb sound.
Kornea Daglas was introduced by Bruce Willis, the man who gained fame by glamorizing the role of a hero who saves everything around him. His routine and charisma was enough for a great score for his performance. Lilu is a great Mila Jovovic, who was one of the strongest roles so far. There is also old Besson's favorite Gary Oldman who masterfully plays the roles of neurotic or disturbed roles, as well as Chris Tucker, who played less and was more fun.
"Fifth Element" has all the elements that are key to good entertainment. It represents a great bond between the old cult sci-fi and the new Hollywood blockbusters, and every real movie movie should look at it. One of my favorite movies.
